  3. Counter-Notification:

    • A statement that the user consents to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the user is located, or if the user’s address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that the user will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under DMCA 512 subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.
  4. Repeat Infringers:
    4.1. We reserve the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
